Good to know
FFXnow (2025-12-22): the Fairfax County Planning Commission 'unanimously approved a development plan amendment to allow six outdoor padel ball courts on surface parking for the Greensboro Park offices at 8200 Greensboro Drive' - a temporary five-year interim use; county Planning Commission minutes (Dec 3, 2025) confirm the EPIC PADEL INC approval and a planned full canopy. No opening date announced and the site-plan process was still pending at announcement, so this is an approval-stage opening_soon (limitation noted). Same operator as Epic Padel Milwaukee, already in the directory. Discovery: Northern Virginia padel news.
